2 months ago, I bought many cosmetics in Sahapat fair in Bangkok since their prices are pretty interesting. Then, I came back home with guilty since I did not know the cosmetics were cruelty-free or not. Therefore, I have the facebook message to ICC international page. The answer is all brands of ICC International have no animal testing. But the company have using the survey to the specfic market instead.
